My Fairy-Tale...
First academic book to be released in 2011!

Teachers are standing at the forefront of education, leading the battle through the political arena of the education system.  The media, the parents and the community have the luxury of looking at the classroom from the outside; what about having the other view? What is it like from the inside out?
What does the most influential person that touches those young lives have to say about looking at the school day from the inside out?
An indepth review of the accountability process for teachers and students, the tenure and termination process, the games, both enjoyed by the students as well the administration and who is ultimately really responsible when graduates can't read their awarded diploma? When did discipline become a fault of the teacher and never the student? What classrooms are best suited for your child; the private, the public or the charter?

These are questions that every new teacher has to become accustomed to if he/she plans to stay in the classroom beyond the statistical evidence that new teachers stay no longer than  five years. These questions are also the reason why every seasoned teacher leaves the classroom to pursue other aspects of the educational arena, outside the classroom. Who will teacher the children? What has happened to teachers over the past couple of decades that leaves the nation with a teacher shortage? What makes them stay, what makes them go?

Teachers across the region give their view on what is it like inside the classroom; the funny, the serious, the memorable, the stories and students you never forget, the moral and ethical dilemias, what the parents don't know, what you wish the administrators knew, and the appreciation of intrinsic value that only a teacher knows. The value that landed the teacher
